Advanced Adrenal Stress Test (Saliva)
Precision Point Diagnostic’s Adrenal Stress Test measures 4-point cortisol, DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), and secretory IgA (sIgA) in a convenient saliva specimen. Cortisol has been found unbound in saliva samples, indicating a strong correlation to cortisol concentrations in serum. Checking patients for low or high cortisol over the course of the day is essential to address fatigue, insomnia, thyroid disorders, or weight gain.
Complete Thyroid Panel (Serum)
Thyroid dysfunction is one of the most under-addressed conditions in medicine today. When the thyroid is low, patients feel fatigued and depressed; they lack motivation, have difficulty losing weight, can’t concentrate, and tend to have more trouble with digestion. If the thyroid is off, the entire system may feel run down.
Male Hormone Profile (Serum)
Men require optimal hormonal balance to perform, look, and feel their best. The Male Hormones panel from Precision Point Diagnostics helps clinicians detect and treat men’s hormonal imbalance, such as low testosterone or excess estrogen. The panel measures the major male hormones in serum: total testosterone, total estrogen, and dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
Female Hormone Panel (Serum)
Women’s bodies depend on an intricate balance of female hormones throughout life. The Female Hormones panel helps clinicians detect and treat women’s hormonal imbalance by measuring all major female hormones in serum: estradiol (E2), testosterone, progesterone, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estriol (E3), and sex hormone binding globulin.

Steroids should be discontinued 72 hours before testing
Some examples of steroids include:
Intestinal Barrier Assessment:
- Zonulin- No interactions
Antibiotics will not affect the test, but better to finish a course of antibiotics first to see how it alters LPS response. If patient is on long term on-going antibiotics, can be done at same time, but expect that LPS immune response would be higher if not on antibiotics
Avoid anti-histamines following medications for at least 24 hours
Some anti-histamines include:
- Brompheniramine (Dimetane)
- Cetirizine (Zyrtec)
- Chlorpheniramine (Chlor-Trimeton)
- Clemastine (Tavist)
- Diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
- Fexofenadine (Allegra)
- Loratadine (Alavert, Claritin)
- Tagamet and SSRIs will lower DAO

Yes we can! We will ship to any patient within the USA at no additional charge. You can dropship a kit directly through our portal. If your patient resides outside the USA, shipping charges to the patient will apply. You will need to contact us for estimated shipping charges.
Turnaround times will vary depending on what test has been ordered by the physician. You can generally expect them between 7-10 Business days but upon occasion it may be longer.
Every lab is required to develop its own reference ranges. For this reason, you should not expect ranges to be the same from lab to lab. At Precision, we look at the values over the hundreds of thousands of specimens we have run and then look at distributions. In general, the top 5% is determined high, and then the next 25% is moderate, and then the next 25% is lower. However, when there is epidemiologic evidence that the population, in general, has more difficulty with a food, such as wheat or dairy, we will consider % reactivity in populations in general, and consider research and data, alongside our distributions to create a range.
Each state has different regulations which govern the scope of practice for the practitioner. It is the responsibility of the practitioner to work within the rules and guidelines of the state.
