New Portal Login
All samples received on September 15th, 2023 and after will have their information recorded in your new portal.
Your admin login information for the new portal was e-mailed to the primary account e-mail on file, and a separate e-mail was sent with login information to the primary physician. If you do not have access to your log-in information, please contact us and we will assist you with the problem.
Your login information is not the same as for your LabGen Portal.
Please reach out to us at 678-736-6374 or Help@PrecisionPointDiagnostics for any questions regarding your new provider portal. If you have not ordered from us for more than 12 months, your account is considered inactive and you will be required to fill out a new account agreement in order to access the new portal.
Old Portal Login
All samples received on September 14th, 2023 or before will be available in your old portal. If you need access to your old portal and have lost access to your credentials, please contact us for assistance.
